Ces changements s’inscrivent dans la perspective des nominations de nouveaux membres du gouvernement.
Un nouveau jeu de chaises musicales a retenti au top niveau de la hiérarchie de la Fonction publique, fin de cette semaine. Des 45 postes au plus haut niveau, allant de Chief Executive Officer au Permanent Secretary, 24 sont occupés par des femmes fonctionnaires. Ces changements sont intervenus avec le retour de Suresh Seeballuck en tant que Secretary to Cabinet et Head of the Civil Service au bureau du Premier ministre et s’inscrivent dans la perspective de la nomination de nouveaux membres du gouvernement. De fait, la nouvelle hiérarchie s’établit comme suit :
