Juhi Chawla’s Best Films
Juhi Chawla is a bubbly, sweet actress of 90’s who has left a mark of her dynamism on the Bollywood. She has predominantly worked in Hindi movies, but you are for certain to find glimpses of her work in Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil or even Kannada movies. Now, if you ask me this straight question as to which one is her best movies, it will always be a bit tough to answer. However, one can always focus on a cluster of movies, where her work is appreciated. Her debut film is “Sultanat” but the film, which put her into focus, remains the 1988 hit “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” This is a very-much-talked-about movie because alongside Juhi and Aamir Khan also debuted in this movie, and together they formed a fantastic pair. The songs of this movie are till date remembered and this is the film, which put her into the limelight. The next film which I would like to focus on is “Pratibandh”.
This is a film where Telegu superstar Chirajeevi made an entry into Bollywood and Juhi got to play his heroine. Both Chirajeevi and Juhi put up intense performances, but it was the main antagonist Rami Reddy, who stole the limelight with his Spot Nana act. The film was one of the biggest blockbusters in the year 1990. Juhi got that opportunity to work with Shah Rukh khan. “Darr”, “Raju Ban Gaya Gentlemen” and “Yes Boss” are some of their big movies as a pair. Now, if you are talking about movies, where she has been able to create an impact, I would like to mention this one film at the late stages of her career. The film, titled “Gulab Gang” is something her fans just loved her because all over sudden this sweet bubbly girl turned into a menacing villain. She played an evil politician in the film and just created terror on screen. These are some films, which fall in her best category movies; you will love watching each of these.
